Why we built SparkFlow.
SparkFlow isn't just another to-do list. It's a "start-doing" engine.
The "Wall of Awful"
For ADHD brains, the problem isn't forgetting what to do. The problem is explicitly remembering what to do, staring at the task, and feeling a physical inability to move.
Psychologists call this Executive Dysfunction. We call it "The Wall of Awful".
Most productivity apps make this worse. They let you stack up 50 overdue tasks, creating a list of shame that you eventually avoid opening.
The SparkFlow Method
Hosted at sparktoflow.com, SparkFlow was designed with a different philosophy:
- Momentum over Management: We don't care about organizing your life in 2027. We care about the next 5 minutes.
- Micro-Steps: Our "Magic Breakdown" AI turns vague terrors like "Clean House" into bite-sized steps like "Pick up one sock".
- Dopamine First: We use gamification not to hook you, but to provide the artificial neurotransmitters your brain needs to initiate tasks.
Our Promise
SparkFlow is, and will always be, a judgment-free zone. No red "Overdue" text. No shame streaks. Just sparks.
